Build Choices

All guitars are built to prewar & war time bracing specs with a high gloss nitrocellulose finish, Waverly tuning machines and a hardcase.

Additional options:

Customers choice of hot hide glue or modern instrument glue.
Custom hand cut inlays are available by quote and start at $250.
Bursts are an additional $500

Guitar Models & Specs:

W-18: $6,200

The classic and reliable tone of mahogany back and sides paired with Adirondack red spruce top. The mid tone range mahogany offers makes it an excellent choice many genres of music. Often to the warmer side but with strong response and sustain.

Unless otherwise requested it comes with Ebony fretboard & bridge with Rosewood headplate.

Herringbone W-28: $6,500

Indian Rosewood back and sides (Brazilian Rosewood upgrade available by quote). Adirondack red spruce top. Known for its rich tone with a brighter tendency it has a drive that has made them the number one choice for many musicians. Unless otherwise requested the build comes with Ivoroid binding, Ebony fretboard & bridge with Rosewood headplate.

Herringbone Deluxe: $6,800

Indian rosewood or mahogany back and sides. Bound headstock and fretboard. Special fretboard inlays & back inlays with side purfling.

W-41: $7,500

Indian rosewood back and sides. Adirondack red spruce top. Abalone trimmed top & rosette. Each piece is hand cut and inlaid one at a time.

W-42: $7,800

Indian rosewood back and sides. Adirondack red spruce top. Abalone trimmed top, fingerboard extension & rosette. Each piece is hand cut and inlaid one at a time.

W-51: $13,000

Indian rosewood back & sides. Adirondack red spruce top. Abalone trimmed top, fingerboard extension, rosette, back and sides, fretboard & headstock. All pieces are hand cut and inlaid one at a time.

W-45: $12,000

Indian rosewood back & sides. Adirondack red spruce top. Abalone trimmed top, fingerboard extension, rosette, sides and back. All pieces are hand cut and inlaid one at a time.

W-55: $23,000

Brazilian Rosewood back and sides, Adirondack Red spruce top. Abalone trimmed top, fingerboard extension, rosette, back, sides, fretboard, headstock. Full vine of freedom inlay up fingerboard. All pieces are hand cut and inlaid one at a time.
